  Had a great time with the kids. Trainers were fun. The sea lions made everyone laugh.The photos are extremely expensive although remember this is a very tourism based area. This is how they make their money and is just part of the vacation experience. Was a great experience from beggining to end, the transport was great and we did buy the photos. I'm glad we did because now we have these memories to hold onto not just in our head.

  The dolphin encounter was great. The trainer was great. However, you only have the option to purchase their pictures and they charge you by how many people are in the photo. 47$ for 1 photo with 1 person in it, $100 for a photo with 4 people in it. They have some major balls asking those prices. Evey other excursion has been like $50 for a flash drive of all your pictures, which is reasonable.

  Interaction and photo shoot with sea lions too was bonus. The staff including pickup/drop off driver from/to hotel, check in staff, photographer, Sea lion instructor and Dolphin instructor were friendly. Lot of interaction time with the dolphin. Bathrooms, showers and lockers are available/provided. Pools are built beside marina and are not separate clear water pools like in some theme parks. Took the first available slot during a weekday so wasn't crowded. Make sure to tip after the event (I missed tipping the sea lion instructor, honest mistake). Photographs are available to view/purchase/download right after the event. (Great photographs by the photographers, pricey though)

  The time with the dolphins was a lot of fun. However, a word of caution. If you have the option of paying for the dolphin experience in peso or US$ check the peso exchange rate they are using. They were using a 2 week old exchange rate yesterday. I ended up paying 5% more for the event by paying in peso's that my bank then converted into a US$ charge, than I would have if I had paid in US$ on my card. Once I got my credit card payment notification, I saw the difference. Hence 4 stars, not 5.

  What an amazing experience this was! My boyfriend and I had an absolute blast! The trainers were so much fun and so full of information pertaining to the animals. This is a memory I’ll never forget- great service, great experience!
